DCL can offer 2 sizes of ME.TRA countinous tempering machines for your chocolate processing plant.
- The MT 10 Unit is a 10kg an hour unit note: cooling water must be supplied by the customer.
- The MT 15F is a 15kg an hour unit with its own built in compressor for water cooling, a 25kg stainless steal storage tank with built in agitator.
